Nurture By Nature Ltd is the provider and owner of the content and services on this website.  This website includes products made under the following brands and registered trade marks:

• Nurture By Nature.
• Latherlicious.
• ScentaStage.

Nurture By Nature, Latherlicious and ScentaStage may collectively be referred to as “we”, “us” and “our” in these terms and conditions.

You agree to our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping policy when accessing or using this website.  We assume you have read, understood, and agree to all our terms, conditions and policies.

Any orders you place with us and any products we sell to you are subject to these terms and policies.

New Zealand law governs these terms and conditions.

Intellectual property

Our website is our intellectual property and no part of it may be copied or duplicated.  This website, all information and content including the “look and feel” (collectively called “content) is our property.  Content includes but is not limited to trade marks, logos, images, video clips and software.  Our website is protected by New Zealand and international laws.  This includes laws overseeing copyrights and trade marks.

No content of this website may be used, reproduced, duplicated, sold, modified, or exploited in whole or in part, for any purpose without our prior written consent.

To use this website you need to be over 18 years.  You need to be authorised to use the credit and/or debit card/s or account/s you use to buy goods on this website.

Orders

We endeavour to keep our stock levels accurate on our website.  From time to time may sell stock through other avenues.  We may decline to fill any order if we are unable to supply the products in your order, and will contact you as soon as we can.

We will make every effort to fill your order and reserve the right to cancel any order without giving a reason.  We will get in touch as soon as we can.

Where products may be unavailable we reserve the right to without notice, alter or discontinue any product on the website.

If we believe any orders are fraudulent or an error has been made, we reserve the right to cancel those orders.  Where an incorrect price has been listed or where incorrect information has been provided, we reserve the right to cancel any orders.

Prices and payments

All prices on our website are in NZ dollars. We do not charge GST on our products. We provide invoices and not tax invoices.

We reserve the right to change prices without notice, at any time and for any reason.

We accept the following methods of payment:

• Credit or debit card.
• Internet banking* into our bank account.
• Paypal.
• Eftpos (if using our curbside collection service).

*We require online payment into our bank account within seven (7) business days.  To make a special payment arrangement, please get in touch by phone or by email.

PayPal and WooCommerce process credit and debit card transactions, not us.

International orders

We currently accept orders to be shipped within New Zealand and outer islands:

• Chatham Islands.
• Great Barrier Island.
• Stewart Island.
• Waiheke Island.

We may in the future offer international shipping and these orders are liable for payment of import duties, customs and sales tax levies.  Goods sent outside of New Zealand do not have GST charged.

Some banks may charge an overseas transaction fee and/or foreign currency exchange fee.  This is beyond our control.

Coupons and offers

Any coupons, discounts and offers are limited to this website unless stated otherwise. Coupons, discounts and offers may not be used in conjunction with any other. We reserve the right to withdraw any coupons, discounts and offers without notice, for any reason and at any time.

We may run coupons, discounts and offers for particular locations, for specified lengths of time and for precise dates.

Ownership of products

Until any order has been paid in full, we will remain the owner of the products. As soon as orders leave our address for delivery, or are collected by you they are at your risk.

Account restriction and termination

At our discretion access to our website and any registered accounts may be restricted or terminated at any time.

Links to third party websites

Our website contains links to third-party websites or services that are not owned nor controlled by us.  We have no control over and no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third‑party websites or services.  You accept and agree that Nurture By Nature will not be responsible nor liable, both directly nor indirectly by visiting nor connecting with these third-party websites.

Changes to terms and conditions

We may change these terms and conditions without notice and any amendments will take effect immediately on our website.  You agree that each time you access our website you will review these terms and conditions for changes and amendments.  You are responsible to ensure you are familiar with them, as changes may have been made.  Continued use and access to our website is acceptance of our terms and conditions.
